Absolutely no complaints. Dropped my car for a recall service and requested an impromptu oil change. It was immediately scheduled. I expected to leave the car with the maintenance department until the next day, but to my surprise, was called just a few hours later that the car was ready for pickup. When I got there, I was happily greeted by the service manager who handled my initial work-order, and following a brief and friendly pay process, I was on my way home. Smooth and trouble free. It couldn't possibly have gone any better.

I was able to get my maintenance appointment within a week. When I arrived, I was met, handed off my fob and within 4 hours my car was ready. Price was right and being I didn't have to drive to multiple places for maintence and tire rotation? Organized, efficient, strong customer service and well, it was a great interaction.
I was due for a B 1 3 service on my car. My best day to take it in was a Saturday morning. I pulled onto the service line with two cars ahead of me and I was surprised at how quickly I was checked in. It took about 3 1/2 hours before my car was ready. I am completely satisfied with the length of time between start and finish. Craig was my contact and I had excellent service.

Took my car in to get the AC fixed on June 20th and I was very pleased with the service. Patrick, my service consultant, was very kind, professional, and transparent about the cost and the whole process. He made sure my service contract was honored so it cost me much less than the estimate to have it fixed, and as a bonus they had my side mirror fixed, which had paint damage I noticed after I had brought it in to be serviced back in April. When it came time to pick my car up, they sent me a free Lyft so I could come and get it. I really loved this experience and will definitely be coming back for any future servicing needs.
