Patrick, my service consultant, was very kind, professional, and transparent about the cost and the whole process. He made sure my service contract was honored so it cost me much less than the estimate to have it fixed, and as a bonus they had my side mirror fixed, which had paint damage I noticed after I had brought it in to be serviced back in April. When it came time to pick my car up, they sent me a free Lyft so I could come and get it. I really loved this experience and will definitely be coming back for any future servicing needs. ”
